      Noor does not exist to replace a core system. We exist to augment missing capabilites so you can access true orchestration and best-in-breed capabilities without compromise, and we deliver that either in Noor’s UI or back into that core system (that’s up to you!).

    • How do you differ from AI systems I see?

      Noor helps you orchestrate any workflow, and gives you the freedom and power to try any AI and choose the right one for you. We have built models that are best-in-breed, but there is no obligation to use ours!

    • Is my data secure?

      Noor is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, and HIPAA compliant. Full audit is natively built in. Your data remains yours, we’re just here for you to unlock the power of it.

    • How long does it typically take to go live?

      We price as an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), meaning that pricing our pricing is based on computing cycles, storage, and bandwidth, and each component is priced separate. This is not only cheaper than any other provider, but is often cheaper than you would be able to run it yourself. As an example, our out-of-the-box MGA Submissions Ingestion workflow is on average 66% cheaper than the market but more complete and more accurate.
